I’m Narin and welcome to Narin Reads!
At the beginning of last year (2016) I wrote a ‘to-do list’. It was on the first page of my diary and it compromised ten things that I wanted to accomplish by the end of the year. The first thing on my list was to ‘read more’. As a way of actually doing that I decided to start reviewing the books that I finished. I’m pleased to inform you that I have continued to read ‘The Forty-Two (you can find out more on my first ever blog post here).
I’ve always loved reading, as a child I would immerse myself in any books that I could find, I’d scribble away stories too. As I got older I began to focus more on my studies and I left fiction books behind. Now that I’m in my
mid-twenties I’ve decided to get back on track with the things that I really love.
Narin Reads is more for myself, as a way for me to visually see how I have been reading more, but, if it’ll help people along the way, and give them an idea of the books they could be interested in then that’s a great bonus for me!
One of my goals for 2017 is to write more (which I’ll be doing with this blog) and to also visit more museums and places of heritage and culture. I won’t be reviewing these pages but please check out my experiences of all these places.
Thanks a lot for reading and please have a browse,
